When my husband and I bought our home over a year ago the in ground pool was in really bad shape. They gave us the most fair estimate we could find for a new liner and filter system. Carr installed quickly and was very professional!

We love Carr! We bought a cheap pool from Big Lots and an over sized sand filter for a pool probably 2x what we needed. They giggled at our set up (because they have never seen one as silly) but have kept us up and running for 2 years. Clean cool water on hot Oklahoma summers is a blessing!
I will never step foot in another pool supply store. This place was phenomenal. It’s no wonder people were waiting outside for doors to open. Fully staffed and ready for business. Everyone was knowledgeable and honest. I walked out spending $1400 on a dolphin robot without hesitation or the desire to shop around. This is a perfect representation of how to run a successful business and provide an outstanding customer experience.
Carr Pools is a family run business. That’s a big deal. Every time you visit you talk to the same people. Every single time. You get to know them and they get to know you. It’s like having your own private pool care consultant. Their prices are better than the larger pool chains in the area and I never feel like they are trying to sell me something I don’t need. I’ve purchased everything from chemicals to a vinyl pool liner from them and have been happy with every single purchase.
Carr pools has always been very helpful, I drive 45 min from Oologah bypassing all other pool stores just to shop their, I follow their advice to the letter, my pool is always clean and looks as clear as bottled water. thanks to the Carr crew!
